Upon further thought I decided this was not right for my family and contacted him on a Sunday. He sent me another listing and showed it to me on a Sunday night which ended up being perfect for me and my family. Mr. Wulff will go above his job requirements to make sure you are in the house you want to be in even if it means it cutting into his personal time at home.
